I'm expecting a parcel

Courier deposits your parcel
A courier driver places your parcel in a free compartment at this locker.

You receive an SMS with a PIN
As soon as your parcel is deposited, EazyDrop sends a text message to your mobile with a 4‑digit PIN code.

Come to this locker
Visit this locker any time. Tap "Collect Parcel" on the home screen to begin.

Enter mobile number + PIN
Enter your mobile number and the PIN from the SMS. The correct compartment opens automatically.
I'm a courier driver

Enter your mobile number
Tap "Deposit Parcel" on the home screen, then enter your mobile number for driver identification.

Select your courier company
Choose your company logo from the list shown on screen.

Enter the recipient's mobile
This is the number EazyDrop will text the PIN code to once the parcel is deposited.

Choose the parcel size
Select Small, Medium, or Large so the locker assigns the right compartment.
5
Deposit in the assigned compartment
The correct compartment door opens automatically — place the parcel inside and close the door.
I forgot my PIN

Check your text messages
Your PIN was sent as a text message the moment your parcel was deposited, from sender ID ORVEXA, saying "Your EazyDrop locker OTP is...".

Check WhatsApp too
We also send a WhatsApp message from the EazyDrop account letting you know your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.

If you can't find the text message or the WhatsApp notification, our support team can verify your identity and help you collect.
Storage fees
Coming soon — not active during the current pilot
All storage is completely free during the pilot period, no matter how long a parcel waits. The fee structure below will only apply once storage billing goes live.

First 24 hours: free
Every parcel is stored at no cost for the first 24 hours after deposit.

After 24 hours: a small daily fee
A small daily storage fee applies once the free period ends, shown on screen at collection.

Collect promptly to avoid charges
Collecting within the first 24 hours means no fees at all — we'll remind you by SMS.
